Our Mission

One Bite At a Time...

Bindu Bites was born in 2021 with the goal of producing fresh and authentic Nepalese flavors that bring people together— “one bite at a time…”

Nepal is hidden between two of the most populated countries in the world, two countries with distinct and well known cuisines: China and India. However, Nepali cuisine is not simply an intersection of these two cultures as the geography may infer but is, instead, an elevation of the best of each combined in a unique way—producing savory flavors that transcend its influences as the mountains rise above the foothills.

We can’t wait for you to enjoy a Bite of the Himalayas.
