CHICKEN BINDU BITES
INGREDIENTS
Filling: Chicken, Cabbage, Onion, Radish, Garlic, Serrano, Nepali spice blend.
Wrapper: Bindu Bites Organic Wheat Flour, Water
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Keep frozen until ready to cook!
Be sure to thaw out the sauces and mix it prior to serving!
STEAM
Pour sufficient water in the bottom of a lidded cooking vessel (Instant Pot, rice cooker, or other improvised steamers). Add oil to the steamer layer to prevent Bindu Bites from sticking. Place frozen Bindu Bites in the steamer basket, leaving 1/4 inch space between Bindu Bites. Cover and let water come to a boil over medium heat. Steam for 10-12 minutes.
PAN-FRY
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Place Bindu Bites flat side down. The first 2-3 minutes, inspect the underside of Bindu Bites frequently until they are golden brown. Then add sufficient water (1/2 cup) to bathe the bottom of Bindu Bites, then cover the pan with a lid. Reduce heat to med-low for 9-10 minutes or until water is nearly evaporated.
BOIL/SOUP
Boil the frozen Bindu Bites in your favorite veggie or chicken broth for 10-12 mins.
